Mindfulness in Coping with Covid in the Long Haul

  • Yoga Center of Steamboat 701 Yampa Street Steamboat Springs, CO, 80487 United States (map)

Some of us have been affected by COVID more than others. For those of us who've been through this virus, some are still experiencing lingering symptoms. Brain fog. Shortness of breath. Chronic exhaustion and dizziness. Itchy skin. And while we know little about how to fully heal from this virus, there are tools that can help support us.

Learn what choices the brain has in these moments to move into expansion rather than contraction. Go on a powerful guided Neurosculpting® meditation to learn how to use awareness to engage more fully, fearlessly and kindly with the anxiety and tension that ongoing health issues can bring.

This is not only for those who have lived through this virus, if you've lost someone, have a chronic illness, or simply in need of self-care, please join us!

This class will be offered both in studio and online via zoom.
Please bring props or set up a comfortable space at home.
