Journey to Mindfulness: A 4-Week Meditation, Mindset & Personal Growth Series

This 4 week series will take us on a journey of learning, meditation, somatic movement and self-discovery. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to take your practice to the next level, this immersion will provide you with tools, exercises, reflection activities and meditations for rewiring the brain to shift your mindset, optimize your relationships and create positive change in your life.

Learn how to harness the power of your mind and body to re-pattern, heal and adopt a new relationship to stress and anxiety.

Incorporate somatic movement into the process with a short, gentle restorative yoga flow to close out the evening.

Whether you want to increase creativity, gain better focus, become more resilient to stress or enhance overall well-being, this series will build towards a comprehensive practice for personal transformation.

Week 1: Finding Pause Amidst the Chaos - Understand what happens in our body during a stress cycle and how to interrupt this through conditioning tools and the 5-step meditation process known as Neurosculpting.

Week 2: Release and Reset - Learn how beliefs, habits and trauma can remain stuck in our bodies, influencing how we show up and relate to our environment. Develop a practice to recognize, release, and create space for something new.

Week 3: Mindset Shifts - Gain an understanding of how to shift both mind and body towards positive change and re-program the lens through which we see ourselves and the world around us.

Week 4: Lasting Change - Put the pieces together, learn how to optimize our body’s rhythms and cycles for optimal well-being as well as brain specific nutrition for lasting change and emotional regulation.

Please bring your own mat, pillow or blanket as you need for comfort and a notebook for taking notes & journaling if you desire. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and holding yoga poses.
